Justin Breck is an experienced Montana attorney whose practice focuses on real estate, land use, business law, and estate planning. Since 2007, he has represented individuals, businesses, developers, lenders, contractors, and property owners in a wide range of real estate transactions, land use matters, estate planning and dispute resolution, and commercial and individual legal issues. His practice includes real estate and business purchase and sale transactions, easements, title issues, construction and development matters, residential and commercial leases, estate planning and probate, business formations, corporate governance, and succession planning.

Justin's estate planning practice more specifically includes: probating estates; preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney; and, individually customized comprehensive succession plans tailored to each client's goals. While working with business and commercial clients, he regularly advises owners on entity formation, governance, mergers, business sales and purchases, and complex business contracts.

For more than 17 years, Justin served as the City Attorney for the City of Columbia Falls and advised the City on land use, zoning, and real property matters, giving him valuable insight into the intersection of private property rights and local government regulation. A lifelong Montanan with deep family roots in the Flathead Valley spanning over 130 years, he is known for providing practical, straightforward legal advice while helping clients achieve their individual and business related objectives.

Beyond the confines of his legal practice, Justin serves on the board of three non-profit organizations — Flathead Valley Ski Education Foundation, Montana Wounded Warriors, and Feel Trip Project — and is actively engaged in outdoor activities including alpine skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and overland camping, as well as frequent excursions in domestic and international travel.
